EPS's Mentorship and Gang Solutions (MAGS) program via Youth Services Section provides restorative justice initiatives for Edmonton's most prolific young offenders. Saylor & Co Leadership provided their initial 'Lead Mentor' and helped develop many of the initial components of their programming curriculum in 2023.

EWS's Shunda Creek Recovery Center provides wilderness adventure therapy services to young men struggling with addiction. Saylor & Co. Leadership provides ongoing personal mentorship to many of their clients both during and after their 3 month stay in the program, as well as fractional leadership services, and ongoing consulting for both their leadership team as well as their frontline staff.

Knowmi AI is a technology startup providing custom machine learning and artificial intelligence implementations via a commercial HealthTech application. Saylor & Co Leadership provides ongoing leadership consulting, fractional executiveship, cold sales, and network development services.

Top Dog Window Cleaning is a premium window cleaning and property services company operating in Edmonton and area. Saylor & Co Leadership provided sales freelancing services throughout the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Odin's General Services is a general contracting company operating in the Wetaskiwin and Pigeon Lake areas of Alberta. Saylor & Co Leadership provided sales freelancing, contract negotiation, and contracting fulfillment services through 2025.

YRAP provides restorative justice initiatives for Edmonton's court-entrenched youth. Saylor & Co. Leadership provided a live, multi-day training on the philosophy and practice of human influence to a combination audience of their executive team and their frontline staff in 2024.

The vast majority of our clients to-date have been individual mentees. These clients each receive a completely unique mentorship package based on both their stated goals and the discovered goals derived during our time together, as unhelpful patterns come to the surface of the interaction. Some common themes we help to solve are: addiction, gang entrenchment, networking anxiety, small business scaling, sales pipelining and training, and consciousness development.
